Adrienne Waters Ogle

Biography

Adrienne Waters Ogle is a personal injury attorney based in Sevierville, Tennessee.

After receiving her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, Ms. Ogle began her legal career working for one of the largest insurance defense law firms in the South. While working as an insurance defense attorney, Ms. Ogle was responsible for analyzing, investigating, valuing and litigating both auto accident injury cases and premise liability cases for some of America's top insurance companies. As insurance companies continue to increasingly devalue injury claims, offering injury victims less and less, Ms. Ogle offers her clients the insider view on how injury cases are built, investigated and settled for maximum compensation.

Ms. Ogle returned to her hometown and founded Green, Waters Ogle and McCarter so she could represent individual victims as opposed to big insurance companies. Ms. Ogle's practice focuses solely on personal injury law. Ms. Ogle handles every aspect of her clients' injury claims so they can focus on their recovery. For example, unlike most injury attorneys, Ms. Ogle regularly handles the related property damage free of charge for her clients injured in motor vehicle accidents.

Ms. Ogle is devoted to helping individual victims maximize the value of their personal injury cases. She has years of experience in the valuation of specific personal injury cases, as well as the best strategies for recovering large settlements from insurance companies and businesses.

Ms. Ogle regularly speaks at continuing legal education seminars, training sessions and conferences on topics related to personal injury law. In 2015, she became the first female to be voted "Best Lawyer" by the people of Sevier County in the Mountain Press Reader's Choice Awards. Also, in 2015, she was appointed Juvenile Magistrate Judge by the Sevier County General Sessions Court Judges. She presides over juvenile cases several days a month. Ms. Ogle was recognized as a Mid-South Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2018. In 2018, she was named one of the "Top 40 Under 40" civil litigators in Tennessee by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Ogle has also obtained a perfect "10" from Avvo, a nationally-recognized attorney rating service. She sits on the board of the Sevier County Coalition for Addiction Recovery and Educational Services, as well as the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge Airport Authority. She is also an active member of First Baptist Church of Gatlinburg and a member of the Children's Ministry Committee. Ms. Ogle resides in Gatlinburg with her husband and their two daughters.
